Orange Vibe Studio offers various shipping methods which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order such as weight, value and destination region.
Shipping costs are shown when you register an order in the shop, in the second step of the shopping basket, taking into account the following characteristics:
Destination region
Weight and/or value of the parcel
Shipping method chosen
Choice of VAS (Value Added Services)
Shop delivery
If you choose the “Store pick-up” shipping method, no postage will be charged.
Shipments via Nacex to mainland Portugal and the islands
If you choose the “Nacex” shipping method, orders are sent via the Nacex carrier.

The price shown in the table applies to the Standard Mail service, where delivery is made within 72 hours (working days) of receiving proof of payment.
How the order is dispatched
An order will be dispatched taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after payment has been validated.
The order can be dispatched by NACEX couriers.
When the order is dispatched, the consumer will receive an e-mail where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service contracted or the time provided for in the shipping method description.
